At the core of our modular AR coating reflectance measurement system is Gamma Scientific’s GS-191 Gonioreflectometer Head, which uniquely isolates the first surface reflectance for thin transparent samples into two beams. This unique feature allows the GS-191 Reflectance tester to accurately measure spectral reflectance and color of AR coatings. Our state-of-the-art spectrometers and Gamma Scientific’s Reflectance Measurement software capture thin film coatings’ complete spectral reflectance and colorimetric properties, with rapid scan times typically under one second. Our product range features industry-leading accuracy and repeatability.
Our reflectance measurement solutions can be customized to include benchtop transmission, semi-automatic gonioreflectance, and fully automatic measurement systems. We offer on-site installation and training support.
