RS-9-1 BENCHTOP UNIFORM LIGHT SOURCE
For the ultimate in resolution and accuracy, the SpectralLED® Tunable uniform light source incorporates 34 discrete LED channels and two broadband white channels for synthesis of commercially available light sources or spectra that you import.

RS-9-1-SWIR
Incorporates 12 short-wave infrared wavelengths for synthesis of commercially available light sources or based on spectra that you import.

RS-9-2 LARGE OUTPUT PORT
When you require a large area (up to 600mm in diameter), highly uniform light source for camera and image sensor calibration, the SpectralLED® Large Output Port delivers brightness, radiometric stability and wavelength accuracy that is unmatched in the industry.

RS-9-2-VIS SWIR
Incorporates up to 34 discrete LED channels, two broadband white channels (SWIR) and 12 shortwave infrared easily adaptable for automated test systems and production line integration, with integrated optical feedback and temperature control to ensure rock-solid stability and consistent results.

RS-9-3 FIBER OPTIC OUTPUT
Provides flexible illumination for applications where space is limited. Systems can be configured with multiple outputs enabling several devices to be simultaneously illuminated at different working locations.

RS-9-4 WAFER PROBE ILLUMINATOR
Designed to be adapted to test head manipulators and handler instrumentation for wafer-level CCD and CMOS sensor test and calibration.
